The Supreme Court, by a 7-2 vote extended its order blocking Trump from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport people accused of being in a Venezuelan criminal gang. It said the Trump Administration had to go back to the Fifth Circuit where it would have "to resolve the question of how much time should be afforded for detainees to contest their removals."
Combined with the story below this one it's been a really awful day for Trump. He must have seen it coming because he earlier whined on Truth Social: "In a separate post, written in all-caps, he claimed the nation’s high court is “BEING PLAYED BY THE RADICAL LEFT LOSERS” whose “ONLY HOPE IS THE INTIMIDATION OF THE COURT, ITSELF.”

It should work like this:

 
1) was the person in question born in the USA to American parents? If yes, proceed to standard Due Process. If no, proceed to point 2.

 
2) was the person born in a foreign country? Then deport them, preferably yesterday. Deportations of illegals is none of the court’s business. If anyone stands in the way proceed to point 3.  

 
3) anyone who aided and abetted the hostile foreign invasion of the USA by illegals and works to harbors them should he prosecuted and serve the rest of their lives in prison.

At least in the case of Albrego Garcia, where Trump's legal goons are completely stonewalling the court's demands to bring him back.
As for Wanker's ludicrous point 1) there's nothing in the 14th Amendment about a person being born to American parents.

Sure there is. The 14th Amendment states:

 
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, AND SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

 
A German woman giving birth in San Francisco does not make an American citizen. That would be ROBBING Germany of one of their subjects and citizens. The obvious purpose of the 14th Amendment was to make sure that all freed slaves were US citizens. By right, the 14th Amendment should no more apply to modern American life than the 3rd Amendment.  

 
Using birth tourism to enable China to turn future Chinese spies into American Citizens is what in more civilized times would be called an Act of War. The 14th Amendment was never intended to give automatic citizenship to pregnant illegals, we didn't have open borders back then, and international travel was far more expensive and difficult than it is today.

Your German analogy makes zero sense because if she's in San Francisco she's clearly subject to the jurisdiction of the US. Is Wanker suggesting if she's in SF she's subject to the jurisdiction of GERMANY?
Also, regardless of when it was adopted, the 14th clearly says what it says. And it says NOTHING about freed slaves. Not to mention that we have about 150 years of judicial precedent for this.

This is a well established practice regarding citizenship. I am a subject of the United States. It wouldn’t matter if I was born in the USA or on the moon. My parents were sovereign subjects of the USA, as were their parents and their parents before them. My linage dates back to 1639 in this country.  

 
The same applies to Germans. A German is a German regardless of where he or she is in the world. Germans who haven’t been in Germany for several generations can claim German citizenship if the sovereignty thereof was passed down.  

 
This is standard practice and historically how it was done. For the USA, the main exception was when we annexed lands. For instance when we annexed Texas, all Texans were transferred citizenship rights due to the annexation.

That’s pretty sad.  There are descendants of slaves who are far, far more successful than willy.  For example, ever heard of Oprah Winfrey or Condoleezza Rice?  You should be ashamed, willy.

…was the hysterics the left went into when Trump brought in 50 white South Africans so they wouldn’t get murdered. It showed everyone what real refugees look like. Young and old, men and women, appreciative families carrying their belongings.  

 
This as opposed to the fake refugees the left lets in via open borders. Almost all of them are men of military fighting age. It’s so obvious their goal is to rob people of their own sovereignty because they can’t win elections without importing voters from other countries and putting them on welfare.  

 
What is already telling is to watch just how fast South Africa is collapsing. It’s going to be a repeat of Zimbabwe. Mugabe chased off the white farmers and the country descended into famine.  

 
There’s 54 countries in Africa. All of them are 3rd world hell holes. There’s 44 countries in Europe. All of them are first world countries. Imagine the odds of this happening by chance. The IQ of a population matters. Dumb people are not capable of building magnificent societies. I so so so wished they could. But at some point you just have to accept the reality. They can’t.  

 
It should be in no American’s interest to see the USA become a third world hell hole. Even if you hate the country, you should want it to remain a first world country out of your own self interest.
