Kindergartners have more intelligence than Trump.  

Kindergartners are not expected to show adult level intelligence.  

An accurate statement is "Trump shows the intelligence of a kindergartner". Otherwise, it is an insult. You don't know, one of them or more grows up to cure cancer or dimentia.
