...sign the Paris Climate Accord. It's understandable that Syria doesn't want to sign - their chemical weapons might be considered a violation of the agreement. But Nicaragua didn't agree because the agreement DID NOT GO FAR ENOUGH for them. That leaves Trump and Assad...bird(brain)s of a feather.

Many big-city mayors and governors say they will abide by the limits no matter what the Federal Government does. Also, as was already said here, the US can't fully withdraw from the pact until 2020, when Trump will be entering the dust bin of history.

I wonder if that approach might be broadened and extended into other areas so the federal government can spend their resources on other things. Sounds like a decent approach.
