The lowest in his term...gotta hurt his ego but it's reflective of the support he gets from his looney base.
Has there been an outgoing president with a lower approval rating?? Bush??
But, I'm surprised it's that high as some polls had him at 29%, sorry can't find the link so don't accuse me of being CDL like

Trump fucker got 75M votes: 75% of those people are White Nationalist. 34% is astoundingly high number for shitty job that Trump has done in past 4 years. Trump rating should be around 10%-15% at the most.
