Doesn't he realize that after his disastrous performance last week he needs the second debate MUCH more than Biden does? I thought last night’s debate should have been over web conference too. They used split screen all night so having the two candidates separated wouldn’t have made any difference and would have afforded extra safety given Pence’s recent exposure to the coronavirus.
