We as people celebrate mile stones... Womens right to vote is a pretty big milestone to celebrate.

So that is why this is a good thing.  

All anyone on the left would have had to do is say.... I am glad the President is Pardoning Susan B Anthony and recognize the fight women had to do to get the right to vote.  We need to keep protecting the rights of voters of all races, ethnic backgrounds, genders, etc.  I will keep up this fight... etc.

But where he got "hamstringed" is HIPPA laws, the NICS is back logged and over burdened and cant keep up with checks, etc.    

What I mean about HIPPA laws is you cant ask certain questions because it violates HIPPA regulations.  Just like other laws out there where you cant ask certain questions because it violates laws.    So to be honest the best way to help with keeping guns out of pshyco's hands is to look at those laws that prohibit questioning.   It would be a good start.
