Both were very critical of  Bush for not visiting New Orleans in 2005....Obama too busy partying and golfing....Hillary phoned it in. Double standard? Hypocrisy?  
Trump...he's in Louisiana today.

A river goes where it wants. When you alter it course or dam it up, the resistance just builds up pressure. It's almost like amps and ohms. A coil steps up the current. But, yeah, Trump could do more than pose for pictures on high ground.
