A Socialist, Feminist and Transgender Analysis Of Sex Work

A long think piece (est 30m read) by a communist “revolutionary”  criticizing socialists and liberals who want to legalize prostitution. Not going to summarize, but pointing her wilder, albeit interesting ,takes:

1. High end escorts are nothing more than “compensated daters”, and have no right to speak for or on behalf of actual sex workers.

2. A consensual sexual encounter involving money is in fact not consensual, and is just as much a rape as is an encounter using brute force. In the case of the former, the cash involved is really a coercive weapon.

3. Legalizing prostitution only codifies legal slavery and patriarchy, and legitimizes the most base elements of a capitalist society.

4. The only truly revolutionary approach to prostitution is to abolish it completely.

The article even screenshots a TER Provider Review page to show to what extent us patriarchal, capitalist boors commoditize women down to individual body parts.

I think a fair question to ask this nut is "How many women have fucked their way out of poverty?" and a related question "How many women have fucked their way into wealth and power?"

Not to get off into the weeds of religion, but I have spent a LOT of time in Central and South America where the Catholic Church dominates the culture yet legalized prostitution in almost all of Latin America seems to co-exist just fine with the Church. All the push back on prostitution today comes from either soccer moms who don't want their husbands to figure out how much easier it is to pay for pussy rather than marry for it and the feminists like the whack job you have mentioned.

It's not men trying to keep women down, it's other women, mainly OTHFB's lol

Assuming your summary is accurate I call bullshit on the entire article. The author is obviously an angry malcontent who knows nothing about the complex world of high-end escorts and is very confused about what rape is.
Good thing no one cares what she says.

Yes, those opening paragraphs were tough to get through.  She’s got a truly radical take on revolution, politics and ladies of the night.

Remember to a communist, property is theft. Working in general is (often) claimed to be a form of exploitive slavery.   This just adds a slight twist to the usual communist dogma.

It took a whole month for Fester to screw up the courage to show his face here. Don't you have anything else to say, Fester?
