I submitted many problem reports, as my friend Arielle Lace told me I should do, but issue not getting fixed. Also, my area code is 813, not 814. If anyone can help I would appreciate it so much!!
That's really frustrating, sorry to hear about it.
I agree with HH, try explaining it all in a contact us. I think admin uses the problem reports just for quick fix type stuff. Also, ask about it on the newbie board. There are several nice, helpful people there who know a lot more about this type of stuff. It'll get straightened out eventually. Good luck.
Hey Abby....first guy had email and phone number wrong. I put correction in review for phone number, but didn't correct email. I just sent TER a note explaining and asking them to change it for you on your profile. RR
