The "Chakra's" (human energy centers) are metabolizers of the universal energy field.  The more energy that flows through our energy centers the greater our awareness, health and happiness. Because each Chakra is related to a specific psychological function; by measuring the state of the Chakras, one is able to reveal the individual's psychological needs.  Simply put, parts of self that are walled off, (inharmonious perceptions or projections).
