he is meaning wild,I'm not sure...but webster's definition of "raunchy" says..to be grubby or coarse.  You my dear, are far from that and my impression is that the ladies here do not fall into the category of "raunchy" either...I wouldn't even classify you as wild  but rather maybe in touch with your erotic nature and not afraid to experience it...with limitations perhaps.
