I was told that someone would be contacting me about a  problem thet had encoutered with a provider, of an agency. A week later i called the agency to see why i havent got a call back and was told "she " was busy. Now its been over 10 days and still havent got a call back but have seen this agency posting on here. If you own a business would you treat customers like this. They didnt have a problem calling me back when i wanted to set an appointment up. Seems odd to me that this agency would do this since have used them many times and have always had good experiences dealing with them before.
