I am not an attorney and did not even sleep at Holiday Inn Express, but it looks like no one else is going to answer you.

I did some research on this a while back and found that there are two factors that MAY extend the date:

1. Time during the subsequent year that you spend out of state

2. Delay in "discovery of the crime" - this is the one that they may use to try to extend to the date to the time they got possession of the list.

everybody so far has been charged with a felony of some sort.

they have 7 years to charge you with a felony. (in most cases).

but i dont know if the customers who have been arrested were really just customers or if they were more involved with the organization.

honestly, it's hard to say because there is a lack of similar preceding cases to refer to.

the internet is still new to our legal system and this case will be setting the precedent for future cases.
