I am so effin mad I must vent.  I just spent 3 hrs getting all decked out for a NCNS after the friggen week I've had of 4 cancellations since last MONDAY !!  Hi!  I'm a real flesh-n-blood human, who doesn't like to spend 1 1/2 hours on her hair & make-up, just to go to bed.  I DO EXIST, & I AM A REAL person behind those pics, & I am real tired of this shit!  Aug is difficult enough to tread w/out this extra unacceptable, unprofessional, senseless, insensitive, audacious bullshit, in addition.  And I know what happened, he booked 2 dates at once so he could choose his best option to accommodate his moment.  So I truly hope he experiences the worst kind of possible date ever @ the highest possible bid & then pocket-calls his wife during for a little extra, instant karma on behalf of screwin' the pooch.  And please don't judge my stereo-type; I am a good person.  I may have no morals, but I do have standards & treat everyone with respect, kindness ('til you piss me off), & common courtesy.  I've never stood anyone up in my life & I just don't get why anyone would want to.

To those whom this applies... guys, in the event that this is somehow misunderstood, let me clear it up in a nutshell...
NCNS's cost us a great deal of $$ !!  There's the $$ we lost on the actual NCNS, there's the $$ potential we lost by not booking the other call who requested the same time-slot as the asshole who didn't keep his scheduled appt, & then sometimes you really lose b/c someone tries to book 3-4 hrs during the already booked, 1 hr NCNS time-slot, so you lost the better booking (but those stakes go with the territory anyway) AND the very likely potential of 3-4 hr guy becoming an ATF regular.  Yet atop these negative numbers are always the costs for make-up (& far from cheap!), oftentimes eyelashes, frequently hotel rates & gas $$ or a driver's fee.  Then, if you're a Provider that's anything like me, you only book 1 appt/day, so it's not like you've got 8 other appts to cover for the NS... no, basically now you have an empty day/night + wasted time, which all COSTS $$.

No one would want me to come to where they work & take $$ out of the cash register, right?  Same reverse principal.

The guy is a real dipstick.  Prick!  Gives us guys a bad name...

your reference checking comes in handy  as about his past record with her   sometimes the ladies will tell you  he is a 50/50 no show i tell them  when they ask ....hope this helps

It is a complete lack of respect on his part. You are running a business. He probably won't do that to his dentist or physician or car mechanic. His dentist probably charges him for a missed appointment, unless he is a frequent patient. And the services you and others provide, sometimes has more impact on our emotional health than traditional healers.  At the least he should be offering an extra gift next time, or an e-gift card. We all pay for his missed appointment, because the business need to generate a certain cash flow, then the business will increase price or reduce quaility. We need to stop all who NCNS. Thanks

We had a great time together on our first on many meetings.  I had no idea how great you are. Those who pass meeting you should kick theirselves as they really lost out.  And you are right they cost you alot.
