It's known for more B&S, LE Busts, Ripoffs, drug addicts, uneducated toothless girls, and trash than all the other escort malls combined. There are busts EVERY day on CL all over the country!  LE targets CL because it's users (men & women) are not the brightest bulbs in the Christmas tree, and are EASY to bust.

your cl hate is showing. im guessing your either a provider feeling the pinch from the competition or a dude who doesnt know how to work the site for effectiveness.

ive had way more success with cl then i have with any other forum including this one.

I just thought it was amusing title for a blog when posted with rules on how to be a great client,which weren't terrible BTW. I started on CL and progressed... everyone starts somewhere. I've spoken with some of the girls who work it exclusively and they almost always LOVE to learn new ways of advertising and screening and eat the information right up. They just are ignorant of it. I've had girls call from my ads and ask advise on how to get organized and safer...girls from CL and Street walkers even. Not everyone in that situation is unintelligent or a low-life. You should try to take others life experiences and events into consideration before being so judgemental.

True!  CL is Bust central all over the U.S., and is home to more ripoffs, and B&S than any other site.

The  supposed "diamonds in the rough" on that low life  site are usually cheap ass cubic zirconia fakes.

I am sure it's very true on the legal stuff,its easier to pick low hanging fruit....People who have less information are that fruit.There are indeed rip-offs and fakes everywhere (including here!) Probably more there because it takes less effort to just post an ad....
Doesn't lessen what I've said. I know MORE than a handful of girls who started there who are not rip-offs and moved on to more legitimate arenas. ALSO, alot and I do mean alot of TER ladies (including myself) post there from time to time. I think all this 'OMG CL is scum!!!'... is alot of posturing by people who like to think they are somehow better than others.  It's Silly. I see it in every line of sexwork though... Girls who say "oh I dont Do THAT!"  with feigned looks of horror.Lady Please.. I think it's all posturing and ridiculous.

It is so obvious that the CL hater is one of the people involved in price fixing.

They have chased away many a good girl by treating them as second class.

Advertising on a site does not make you good or bad.  Just means you are advertising.


CL, Backpage and TER are places that are used by guys to find girls and by girls to find guys.

None of them are evil or make the girls evil.

And when you disagree with Moe you should think long and hard because you are probably pushing some type of agenda.  Be it price fixing or some girl you are trying to work.

i wish the same rule applied to attacking websites because i'm sure that the person trashing craigslist is a provider who, forgetting that she once started on craigslist, now thinks she is too "good" to advertise there.

right now, the best girl is not the girl with the highest ratings or the most photoshopped pics, it is the girl who offers the best quality of service at the most affordable rate.  

get off your high horse before you are broke sister because if you were THAT good,  you wouldnt have to try to scare clients away from using a site just because YOU'RE not on it.  i know a $3k/hr pornstar who will ad on craigslist under a differnt name for $300/hr when she travels and surely you could do the same, since i know YOU'RE now traveling for business.

craigslist used in conjunction with ter is just as safe as any other escort site used in conjunction with ter.  if you always check ter, which has the largest and most comprehensive escort database available on the internet and confirm the legitimacy of a girl, you will be fine.  

if you cant find anything on ter to confirm her, then you just post an inquiry here on the board like we have seen so many guys do.

EROS on an average, has just as much, if not MORE cash & dash, bait & switch and BUSTS as craigslist, the only difference is the girls are just on average 4x more expensive.   the ONLY reason it "seems" like there are more busts on craigslist, is because there are so many more people actually USING IT.

furthermore, most of the stings on craigslist are actually targeting the underage predators, the obvious streetwalkers/pimps/druggies and generally, the same dangerous people that our men are trying to avoid, making it perhaps the SAFER and more affordable choice.

i have an ad on eros but i dont have one on craigslist so maybe it's silly of me to be honest,  but i wouldnt want my guys wasting my money on WAY over priced b*tches and i dont have to scare them away from girls with lower rates because either way, i KNOW they'll be coming back to me and i'd rather them have some disposable cash left when they do.

if guys actually got what they paid for, ter WOULDNT EXIST.

it just seemed SOOOO busy, I mean I've looked and there were literally hundreds of ads per day.  Now that they are requiring more personal information from the ad placer (sorry for the shitty english, still working on my coffee), I have seen that there are not so many ads.

I know of several of my friends who have posted on CL.  They have had good results.  It is funny that most of the people who absolutely hate CL are the ones who have never posted.  I used to be that way towards backpage, but then damn.  I advertised on bp and in the last year and half have net more clients from my bp ad, then from Eros and Cityvibe combined.  It seems kind of amazing to me, but hey - whatever works huh?

Thank you Simone for posting an informative link.  I think that most high profile, high priced providers would be surprised at how much business they could get from other advertising venues.  I am not surprised to see someone that is acting so negative.  You are right Ana.  It probably is some provider who has fallen on tough times and is too proud to seek all options available.  

Does this mean I will post on CL?  Probably not, but again - that doesn't mean that our clients won't look!

CL is an LE magnet, and home to more busts than any other site by far !   It is the least reputable site to advertise on, and carries a stigma. This is a fact.

i call this an attack on the providers that advertise on that site.

the reason it has more busts is because more people are using it.

the reason it carries a stigma is because of greedy providers like you badmouthing the site because you are so afraid your clients are going to go find themselves a sweet deal and realize what a rip off you are in comparison.

i kept telling her to hang up, he sounded weird and probably wasnt serious.

well i was right about him being a bit weird, (arent we all) but wrong about him being serious.

she saw him for 6-8 months until he left the country. ..  overnights twice a week like clockwork,  every single week $2500 per visit, totaling $5k a week

i went a few times with her and had the option of going more, but he really was not my cup of tea.
