I hope the agency involved here is reading your thread. I suspect if they are, they will be contacting you. Although not asking for a settlement of an already offered donation isn't necessarily their fault, allowing the lady to retain a full donation may be.

I know, I know; at some point a rendevous progresses beyond the point of a proper settlement. I've been lucky enough to not have to find that point!

We all go thru phases where stuff just isn't going our way. Things will get better....

i have tried indies, but my tendency for agencies is that they always seem to have some one available.  And my window of opporunity to be a hobbiest is not predictable, and sudden.  That is I may get a small window of opporunity now for only 3 hours.  So if I dont get some one with in that time frame i lose the opportunity.  With independents the biggest hurdle has been scheduling.  So many cant see me on short notice and scheduling, is difficult since my schedule changes all the time.
I do have a favorite indy and I get a ton of emails asking for who to recommend as an indy, and i have  been recommending her to everyone that has emailed asking for an independent, but she follows a strict schedule so i have not seen her in almost 3 years.
Anyway I now have an excuse to try the other agencies. TLC has been good to me, and working around my crazy schedule or at least letting me know if things wont pan out that day instead  having me wait several hours only to let me know things dont look good.

Good luck with TLC they had originally set the bar but I had to stop using them for the same stuff. Hope they are backup to standard.  Seems to be a trend initially filtering on the back channel and now out here that attention to detail is on the decline. By your reviews and the back channel reports I would guess Divas/Azc?
I am like you short notice and limited time.  Indies often  cannot accommodate that type of scheduling so the agencies have been a good choice. Hope this crap does not continue. Let us know if the agency makes it right, and our stand up agencies SHOULD make it right... and  that don't mean a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi with the next order.  It does not have to be just part of the territory.

I for one understand that schedules and "windows" can be limited.  With established clients I do my best to fit their schedules.  In fact, I do have a number of guys who fit this profile.  So get yourself established with a variety of indys and let them know your situation and I am sure that when needed some will be there for you.
