I'm sure you really don't mean "All the good things in life are expensive..." and are just being a little defensive over the constant griping about your rates.  I say more power to you, charge what the market will bear!

However, not all good things in life are expensive.  I'm about to spend a great evening under the stars and the view is great and free, as are the thoughts that will be going through my head.  The paper and pencil's I will use to work out some cosmology problems later aren't free, but they are good things, at least to me and they sure aren't expensive.  The park where I go running is free to me and there isn't much better than being there in the early morning darkness when the world is quiet and I am alone with my thoughts and the bunnies.  

Anyway, I understand you are probably fed up with all the little digs and jabs about your rates and I'm sure you are worth every penny to a lot of guys, but there are lots and lots of good, even great things in life that aren't expensive, and some that are even free.
