What are the causes ?

Poor hygiene, an infection there is one out there I do not know the medical term that causes a fishy smell that is treated with medication it is quite common....and also in the summer some women tend to get yeast infections due to the heat and wetness......

There can be bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis, both are smelly. Trich is often "fishy". Basic hygiene is usually the cure, as Victoria mentioned.
