Flakes we all have to deal with them. Even T.H.E. can flake. Did you know that if someone wastes 30-40 min of your day because they decide to do something or someone else. It's not reviewable for a provider to say yes come on over then totally flake and not even have the decency too say so. People should know what services are actually provided and when they are not. Providers number one gripe is they guys don't show up. It's not high on my list but it sure puts a damper on the day and others should know about it.
