I like nicely dressed, showing off the ladies form as a first date. It doesn't have to be all dressed up, just very nicely put together.  After that the rest of the stated options sound like a great plan for something new for each following visits!

3.  In a towell with her hair up freshly showered?

4.  In a robe that you can open and find nothing under?
