I was sitting here today waiting for a lady to arrive for a scheduled appointment and pondering why I elected to book with this lady, yet again, instead of some others. That got my brain to thinking about just 'what' factors are important to me in deciding who I want to spend my money with.
There seem to be four primary considerations that are at work for me and in the following order of importance.
Reliability - Since I have limited windows of opportunity for play, can I count on the lady to be available when I need her to be; will she show up for a scheduled appointment and will she be on time as expected.
Attitude - I tend to repeat with the ladies who truly enjoy what they do; for those who it is 'not' just about the money and those who 'don't' have to 'work' at creating a fantasy or putting on a show. A genuine individual who does not have the need to blow smoke up my ass about herself or market me to death with the usual assortment of inane compliments (ya, I know I'm the BEST or BIGGEST you've ever had....LOL)
Performance - Does the lady offer (or has the potential to offer based on reviews and feedback from others) a truly 'memorable' experience, you know, the kind that you want to write home to Mom about and which clearly stands out from other like services or partners.
Appearance - There has to be some magic in her appearance and grooming to peak my interest in the first place and to allow for the other things to flow and develop.
I'm confident that other guys may have differing criteria or some of the same ones but ranked in a different order.
I'd like to hear what other opinions may be, so sing out fellows.
Sorta the same as you-- not necessarily in the same order:
Appearance-- gotta be hotter than the average lady (since I'm so visual-- that doesn't always mean 'younger'-- just 'hotter'-- fit, trim, slender, toned, etc. And well groomed-- if their fingers and toes aren't kept up, I don't repeat!
Attitude-- totally agree with you here-- they must enjoy what they are doing and I must be able to help them enjoy it? I'm not interested in just getting my rocks off-- I have to be able to bring the lady to a sincere release (no ACTING!) for me to have fun, too.
Performance-- she has to be interested in making me happy and working at it; not a slave, but willing to do things that float my boat.
Reliability-- maybe yes, but since I have never had any problems here, I would rephrase this to 'Availability'. I like to be able to call on semi-short notice, a day or two before our meet rather than having to schedule two weeks out, sometimes..
The best times are spent in a mutually respectful and giving interchange... Kinda hard to acheive, but those ladies ARE out there and with them the fun is ample reward for the hassle and BS....
There is all that plus the 'availability' ... but there is an indefinable 'something' that makes someone stand out. If I (again) listed my favorites even I could not find a common denominator but each one makes me fly!!

You pose an interesting question/s. 1) reliabilty- It doesn't happen without someone answering the phone,calling back or showing up.2)attitude- gotta have someone who looks and acts like they wanta be with me and is enjoying the time spent.3)performance- more important to me that they are having a great time, enjoying my efforts, if that is happening , my time is gonna come and i am very happy guy.4)appearance- my '7' is someones '9' and my '9' is someones '7'. I can not tell you what it is, however, whether the picture works for me or i have met some lovely at a M&G and the 'person' worked for me. I believe all people have a tape running in their mind of what 'hot' is or what 'attractive' is and that, by and large is the women we see. Gotta say , the longer I am at this that i am not willing to spend time with someone i do not connect with. It has become more than the 'act/s. Not sure if this is a typical feeling among active hobbyiests or not, I just know what is so for me.
Without trying to repeat, I generally agree with the factors identified in the posts above. However, I take "reliability" as an assumed or a given. I think that "appearance" is what first attracts us. Then, the "performance" absolutely has to exceed our expectations. Within "performance," however are two key elements, which represent my advancement of the topic. First, as has already been mentioned, is that intangible "connection" which is probably, somehow different for each of us. The real, and very rare, payoff for me is finding TRUE mutual intimacy with a woman. Like many of you, I've been hobbying for a long time, and I can recall only two instances that I feel like I have achieved true MUTUAL intimacy with a provider. And, interestingly enough, both cases have ocurred in the last year, one of which is my current ATF.
So now, my hobbying is a quest to find this level of intimacy. Failure to do this, or my feeling that there is no reasonable prospect of reaching intimacy with a lovely woman, results in "one and done."

Upon further reflection, under the category of "performance," I like a lady who is loads & loads of fun to be with. I like a good, old fashioned, fun romp with lots of laughs(not meaning with a finger pointing at my manly parts)and play involved. See my "Chocolate" review of Sarah & Piper as a case in point.
