your right it's not legal to shoot anywhere but cali but it depends on if le wants to do a bust but i know many people who have  shooting here for years,The laws are kinda unclear about it

So me and my GF broke the law when we filmed ourselves? I'm don't see anything wrong with it.

is not about making porn. It's the thinly veiled attempt to say sex for money is not prostitution. It won't fly.

The authorities know good and well what exscort agencies do when they sell them and the escorts a license. This risk is about "flaunting" that something is LEGAL and saying "come and get it."

Additionally there are other girls and support people working it, which will bring along the "criminal enterprise" idea, which the CA's are loving right now.

I hope she doesn't get in trouble, but I believe it's a risky ploy.

.... making a video with her would be a requirement but she's clearly letting everyone know she'd be okay with it.  Personally I don't allow video for anyone. But as mylie said since she's an actual porn star she's not camera shy. If you have a dream of making a sex tape she'd be great for you.

They are an enterprise, although small. And they are flaunting the "legal" aspect. When they get busted, he charges will be high, and they will not be able to fight it. I would stay away. personally

After the first shoot, she will see you as a provider.

Smokie does have legit porn in distribution, also runs a webcam off of MFC.  Too bad she has listened to some jackass who has convinced her he has discovered the legal loophole

+1 it is not legal and she has been miss informed and your right it's only a matter of time.  I remember thinking about it a couple years ago then looked into it and seen its not legal and I don't want the evidence trail. either
