So this is the senario.  Say you've booked an extended period of time with a new provider and by chance you happen to visit one of the local shopping malls during your time together.  While walking through the store your companion see several items they would like and you eventually purchase them for her and upon leaving the store she openly say's to take the amount spent off your next visit.  Should one take a statement like this literally or consider it a wash and forget it was ever said?  What would you do?  I'm interested to hear what both providers and hobbiest have to say.
