Yes I admire her for putting that on her site as well, but prior to that I don't believe that was disclosed.

I think this is private information (even though it is public info) and should not be disclosed here in this forum.....that is all I am saying.

I think the question you ask me could goes both ways....I can't believe were going here!

I was thinking of contacting one of DEEDEE one of my favorites when I saw a message from her daughter on the webpage! It said that her mom was out of action for a year because of a "probation violation"!
I do hope that she will be back in the "game" soon!

I think she is back in action,if it's the same Dee Dee but I can't believe you had to mention probation viloation on this public form....if it's on her site then fine every one that visits it will see, but not here!

Given the reality that a probation violation indicates both a criminal conviction of some type as well as current scrutiny from LE in at least some aspect how is it not appropriate?

While all of us might go overboard with paranoia from time to time I think this would breach whatever the minimum thresh hold for disclosure is.

Each hobbiest can then give that "element of the equation" suitable weight and act as they see fit. The fact that she did disclose it on her site is a big plus from my perspective and shows that she values both her reputation and her clients well being...

If you were on probation I take it you wouldn't disclose that fact?....or would you?

Just my 2 cents...

If the lady didn't want the probation violation to be public knowledge, then she shouldn't have asked her daughter to put it on her public web page.

I submit that having it on her web page gives public access to that information many many times over what the audience is here on this private site and board.

I see nothing wrong with re-posting public information here.

But, hey - that's just my opinion.

His post didn't make sense anyway...just seemed like that was the point of the post....

my observation anyway.
