Who os the "best" is a personal preference, and unfortunately, your answers will vary drastically here. I know that you can have an equally fantastic time with someone who charges $250 for the hour,  as someone who charges $500 an hour, as the price is not dependant on quality.

you would do yourself better going to the review search and check the things you are most interested in..but I would also do it with at least 5 or more reviews, you can narrow the search by age group and or particulars.
