Thought I'd share an observation/experience that should be helpful to other providers out there about the proper care and feeding of clientele. One of our area ladies recently returned home after doing some traveling. I have had the opportunity of seeing this lady in the past on a few occasions, but had not seen her for some period of time. She dropped me an e-mail to inform me of her return, shared some of her experiences, her travel plans for the future and suggested finding some time for a future meet. First observation - this lady has some very good marketing skills. 2nd observation - That was a classy move on her part to keep a client informed and involved, in a more personal kind of way, to promote a continuing business relationship. That kind of personal touch can go a long way in keeping clients returning IMHO.
