Moderator, I would have P.M. ya but didn't where to send it. Sorry about that.

I see my post for St. Paddy's day didn't show up so I'm guessing some how I may be moderated.

If so, wondering  why???  If not, why did my post not show right away?

you have to send a pm to somebody i forget who. if you dont have vip your locked out of the pm system so you would actually have to buy vip to become unmoderated.

does this mean everyone became moderate last month after becoming unmoderated a few months before that, after having been moderated forever?

so....

does this mean that someone who is NOT VIP has a 3 or 4 day wait to get something posted on a "discussion forum"??

as I recall, the system had been modified to allow virtually everyone to post within about 15 minutes of adding a new thread or replying to an existing one

I did not know that everyone got moderated again. Yes, I have a VIP so have PM but don't know who/where to send.

the big difference between being unmoderated and moderated isnt the posting speed; thats pretty good. I belong to some boards that use such crappy software for their forums it can take 15 minutes for a regular post to show up.
For me the fact that my posts are being filtered by some unknown third party is pretty annoying.

VIP membership is NOT a criteria relative to whether you are moderated or unmoderated.

i have  a funny feeling they arent in any hurry to unmod unpaid members but we shall see.

Please keep in mind I am a paid member.

Thanks for the link, I didn't know we no longer had a moderator. I looked all over for a lead to our moderator and only posted because I didn't know where to go.

It was perfectly legitimate question Bordello and I'm sure you weren't the only one wondering.

Not all of us spend 24/7 on forums so we might miss an announcement or a link.
