        This is a very sketchy report but it does say he wqs convicted on 22 counts of racketeering [or RICO], a federal crime. Strangely, no mention is made as to any  conviction for pandering, operating a house of prostitution, or similar state law sex for pay crime.

            The report may simply be incomplete but, as reported, the convictions underscore that it is criminal activity beyond the sexual encounter itself that catches law enforcement's attention and results in the decision to prosecute.
