Visitor Question - Does "valley wide" encompass Tucson?

I'm coming to Tucson Mon-Thurs...trying to narrow my search of potential options and I am clueless as to the area.  Thanks for any help.

No.  Valley wide would be Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler.  Tucson isn't considered part of the valley.
