This involves children. A huge difference and something that is worthwhile. In most other countries "pimping" and exploitation of a minor is harshly treated. Just as a single example, in Brazil if a guy picks up an underage gal in a bar both the bartender on duty and the owner of the bar got to jail...period. If a guy checks in with an underage girl to a hotel and they dont alert police and happen to get busted then the hotel pays a huge fine and the clerk and manager go to jail...period. Basically anybody who aids or ignores it is subject to arrest.
