I'm not sure what his (or your) definition of a MILF is, but it appears that your list is limited to providers age 36-40, and sorted by performance score.  I've always thought that the definition of a MILF was more related to the visual side, but apart from that, it certainly extends down into the ladies in their 20's (at least at my local elementary school!)

This is entirely apart from the fact that providers ages on their profiles, even if accurate when originally created (yeah right), don't get changed over time.

Concur with Chrissy Stone.....now there's a girl I would see for above the "rack rate" just for ol times sake (come out of retirement Chrissy). She was awesome. Sophia rocks. Never seen your first 3.

As far as MILF goes, I think that is more a porno term. I substitute the word "Mom" instead with "Mature".
