Tattooed lives matter. Abused by a bounty hunter a tattooed man is victimized by aggravated assault and burglary by a bounty hunter. From the video, a brother of the tattooed man is alleged to be in the home. However a search warrant would have been needed and only the home of a person with an outstanding felony warrant is generally searchable under the warrant exception. See Steagald v. United States, 451 U.S. 204, 211-22 (1981).
Under Minnesota v. Olson, 495 U.S. 91, 98-99 (1990) of the tattooed man's brother was a guest the guest would have reasonable expectation of privacy in their temporary shelter because "[s]taying overnight in another's house is a long-standing social custom that serves functions recognized as valuable by society... We are at our most vulnerable when we are asleep because we cannot monitor our own safety or the security of our belongings." Of course this all could have been prevented had the tattooed man simply not been tattooed. Moreover, the government maintains records of tattoos which make is more difficult to disappear. In conclusion, keep a low profile and don't get tattoos.
