Now I have never used an agency and have always been leary of any agency but I went a head and called TLC around 11 am on 05/17 and a friendly gal answered. I asked if Miranda was available and was told she was not.  I asked if Kayla was still in town and she told me she wasn't sure and she find out and call me back. OK, here is my issue.   Did I get a call back? NO.  I know this sounds petty, but usually when you are running an organization and you tell someone you will be calling them back, CALL THEM BACK no matter what your answer is. Yes, I could have followed up with a call to see what the determination was but an offer was made to call me back and it never happened.  Will I still want to see Miranda and Kayla?  Oh yaa!! but this is a message for those who run agencies....don't tell prospects you are going to do something and not follow up. Be safe out there!!

TLC is one of the best agencies I've ever dealt with overall but lately scheduling has been a bit of a challenge. I seriously doubt it will take Taylor long to correct that situation. I'd give them a second chance, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I am SO sorry that she didn't call you back.  She is new to our company and I know yesterday was a crazy day, but that is no excuse.  Please, if you ever have a problem or don't receive the service you deserve, feel free to give me a call at 480-226-400 and I will be glad to help you out.  I try very hard to run a professional company and treat people the way I wish to be treated.  Again, I am sorry and I'll be sure that never happens again.

I have also found TLC to be pretty responsive and helpful with responses received either by e-mail or telephone as requested.

1st it was a clearly bogus review of Tara, now your not getting the "warm and fuzzy" from TLC. Taylor and crew are very professional, I've never had a problem with them with regard to follow up. Basically it sounds like both gals were unavailable and things got busy...or they weren't sure if their was a "time limit" on call back. Most agencies (and indies) are reluctant to call unless they are sure it's welcome...better safe then sorry.

A customer is always appreciated...but not always right:)

I will be in Phoenix in two weeks and spoke with TLC yesterday about planning for the week I'll be in town. I spoke with a very nice woman named Kate inquiring about the availability of the TLC ladies for the week. She told me she'd call back as well, but so far, no call back.
I followed up with a TER PM to Taylor...no answer as yet.
I'm not concerned, because we still have plenty of time to plan.
If I don't hear from them, I plan to follow up with my own call.
I don't view it as a big deal...plenty of time and no time committments or restraints!

I haven't left any reviews of anybody and I am not using an alias.  I only watch the boards. Who is Tara?  I have never used an agency to meet any ladies.  It's not about a "warm and fuzzy" but just following through when someone says they are going to do something. I'm not claiming to be right and I'm not claiming TLC to be wrong.  Just do what you say you are going to do. Nothing less and nothing more. Please get your facts straight before saying I posted a review about someone. Not that I review girls because I am into discretion and feel it is a personal thing, but I would never slam anyone no matter how bad a session occured even if I were to post a review.  Peace

I just experienced the same from TLC last night.  I had requested to see one of te girls, so they said they'd call me right back to confirm the time.  An hour later I had to call them and the one that answered had no idea anyone was going to call me back.
I've talked to Taylor some time back and believe she wants to run a professional service, so maybe she needs to hear about these things to improve them.

I'm very happy to say that I heard several times from both Taylor and Kate and there really was no issue at all. Just the normal timing of making plans.
My arrangements are underway and I found Kate to be a warm, receptive and easy person to speak to and make arrangements with while Taylor is her usual accommodating, friendly self.
I'm looking forward to my TLC experience.

I have not had the pleasure to use TLC's service in my years on hobbying, but I have met Taylor and I know that she is forthright on her service, just as I am. I know that all the agencies here on TER (AZMystique / Scottsdales Elite, Desert Divas, TLC and HIPS) are looking to make sure that you are responded to in a timely manner.

Take a moment to re-evaluate your question, and try to understand that the larger the firm, the more that you may have aslight delay in response, but I am sure they will always get back to you.

If Taylor has a new phone-op, then let it pass, and just give them a call again, it can only assist you with them knowing that you are seeking to utilize their service and we all want to earn your business...me included!
