Definitely fake pics.  If you look at the bottom of the page that same picture is associated with about 24 phone numbers.  I'd be very cautious.

Just use tineye on the first pic in that post, and you find out where it originally came from:

Any time you see pics that look too good to be true, they probably ARE (>95% of the time).
And if you have doubts, check www.tineye.com.  This is a VERY useful site for checking on pics.  It will look throughout the internet for that pic (or very similar ones). They even have a little gadget where you can click on the pic and then search automatically -- I use it all the time.  (Its like the gadget where you can search a phone number on TER.)
