Well said Mya, however a couple of threads earlier are mentioning class and that CL is low class and AZCandy brought this up in her messages too. Just pointing this out.

When it comes down to it, it is about making the ends meet at the end of the month, and we all do what we can do be able to. I don't think it matter where you advetise or where you get yoru clients from, it is how you screen, and how you take care of the gentlemen that matters, and then you will get a solid reputation. It isn't that hard actually, you just need to have good ethics when it comes down to it and actually enjoy what you are doing. Some girls never will, and they will soon be gone. Enjoy what you do is a big part of getting a good reputation. Like with any other job. People can see through it and then you are history.

Let us advertise where ever we want, let's us keep the standards high, and for god's sake, let's work together. We are fighting the rest of the world to be able to do this, why fight among us? Let's have fun and let's do what we do best

By the way I think LE is everywhere, are we so oblivious to think that we are smarter than them? That they don't know what we do? Is any site exempted from this? nahh...they know about every site there is, so it does come down to good screening, going with your gut feeling and being careful. A lot of ladies on CL doesn't screen and they are the ones getting busted. A sting is different, where they have done their research for a very long perod of time...I am sure we all remember 2003 and in the end all cases was thrown out by the court. No one is totally safe, no matter screening or not. If you want to be totally safe, then we need to get out of the business, however we can do things to eliminate risks and be a little safer. But it doesn't matter where we advertise...LE is everywhere.

Sorry Mya and Victoria, You are both Great ladys and very fine providers but the main points were

 1. If a provider advertizes on CL she must leave 411.

 2. Advertizement is YOUR ability to have a business, with out it you LOSE Money and Money the the reason for the business.  

 3.  Not all providers can afford ads on 3 or 4
provider pay sites.

 4. It is agreed that Glenn has the right to do this and it legally correct but is it right?

 5.  It is agree(I think) that NO site is totally safe to either party.

 6. It is up to both provider and hobbist to be
careful and do their research.

  as for the Mentioning of class and cohesive. You had best read back, the term "Low Class" has been used several times when CL has Come up along
with other laughs about the mug shot pictures of Ladies busted(see "another CL bust" around 9/15)  and other remarks so I have trouble with your play for Cohesive family.  I have no doubt most of the ladies would like a closer group but thier are many OTHER reason that come in to play that
seem to come in to play that prevents that.  
 You will never get rid of the Cash and Dash or the rip off any more than you will get rid of the
FEW Ladies who advertize on several pay sites but
if you look at thier reviews on TER you find 1-4
and some poor comment you will not find many Ladies on CL. As for agencies, sorry,  I know some are good agencies but I have hear too many stories by ladies I know to be wholly honest and why is "Independent" such a prize term used by the "top" providers.  How many of you who were with and agency but now independent are running back to be on an agency list?  I've heard as much bad things about some agencies so who in the "UNIT" is going after them???

 Uh... "Branded" that a odd term ... I still don't get it .... unless the ladies and agencies get a "Phoenix Provider Seal of Approval" ot there ?


  Back to the begining, the point is the Ladies
should be able to advertise on any board they can (paid or free).  If There is real cause to remove them, fine, but where they advertise is not cause.

  I do appoligize if you are offended by what I have said. As I said you Ladies have good solid reputations for honestly and service.  I am glad you are here, I just disagree with your statements.  Hope you understand.

Here it is in a nutshell. The ladies from CL do not command higher rates because they have not really established themselves yet. The providers with higher rates see this as an economic issue. If the hobbyist can get 3 sessions for his extra funds as opposed to seeing only one provider for that same amount then these providers with higher rate incomes can and will be less. By taking the providers with lower rate out of the mix, they can continue with business as usual & not be concerned about a provider with lower rates getting the business that they might normally get.
Think of it like O.P.E.C, they dictate what our oil prices because there is no one out there that can produce the oil we need as a whole for less. However, if we went to another form of fuel that would be less expensive & abundant, why would we pay higher prices to get the same thing?
It’s all-relevant to what is going on here. Providers with higher rates do not want their income compromised by a provider that charges much less than they do.
Granted, those that charge more may say something to the effect that they spend time at the beauty parlor, the spa or gym to look well for the men & that they do so much maintenance on themselves for the sake of the hobbyist. This way when they charge the higher rates, it makes it worth it for the hobbyist who pays it. Helps create or set the fantasy.
Where as the provider who charges much less may not have the opportunity to do all those things yet because they are not quite to that level yet. Yet many of the providers that charge a lower rate sure can create a fantasy that will blow your mind.
The providers that charge the higher rates just need to remember where they started at that’s all. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for listening.
