Just doing some checking that people with third molars are more likely to be at least 21 and probably over 25.  So part of screening would be to check the teeth if a decoy has third molars or a scar where the third molars would be then she is likely a government agent.   Providers 18-19 statistically would not have erupted third molars nor third molar scars due to removals given demographics of lack of dental treatment which the government tells us occurs to providers as they are economically distressed.
