Erotic haircuts... do they exist?

Hello everyone!   So I'm interested in this type of service here in Phoenix.  I loved it when I went to the Asian massage salons that had similar in new York.  

I found this service in Chicago, see link below.  I think it would be great,  it would save me time,  and give me an excuse to get out of the house!   Does anyone know of something close to this here in Phoenix?  I live out in the West valley but would travel for a great haircut.

Self Cut

For what it's worth I self-cut my own hair.  Maybe I can use my hand afterwards I figure I can get the same effect for free instead of paying a stylist.

For $9.99 got a clipper from Walmart which has lasted at least two years of every three week clipper cuts.
