Reports are to expect the area to be with police activity all night as evidence, computers etc are garthered

That is raided.  Pardon spelling just got out to list with 500 folks

News Helo's overhead - it was "Breaking News" for newscasts around 6PM expect much more at 10.

Already heard from one lawyer.  I have had lots of legal discussion with the owner, it will test their religious freedom and could be interesting case depending on direct evidence.

I think is that some indies recently joined the temple. I assume that was due to slow economy. What a shame.

Looks like as of this morning all charged with felonies, control of illegal business, employee of a house of prostitution etc just like in Desert Diva's.  Expect many more arrests and hopefully no spread sheet of clients to be found like in DD.  In DD about 100 were charged initial ones than more Grand Jury indictments and almost all pled guilty to felonies.

"(Police spokesman) Martos says none of the temple's clients have been arrested and police are not pursuing potential charges against them at this time. Part of the reason, Martos says, is that the temple didn't keep detailed records on their clients, but the main reason is because police are "focused on the temple and its employees."

I was toying with the idea of visiting there last night but, my flight was delayed.  Good thing I didn't call for an appointment.  Who would have answered?

As Halfhour pointed out several indies have recently become members of the temple. Are we to assume that they have suddenly had a religious epiphane or that those who attend the temple are church members? Tell that to their Priests, Pastors, and Rabbis. DAVEPHX has been a champion for legalizing a victimless crime, but in this case he is terribly mistaken. Using this obviously fake defense is going to do nothing to advancing an honest debate of the law.
