I agree that most people don't realize the complete ramifications of the "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001" (Yep, that's the official Patriot Act title).

But since all communications here on the boards and elsewhere on TER are open to any and all (be they civilian or LE) who enter the communications aspects of the Patriot Act don't even come into play. I am certain that posts here are being watched, but it doesn't take the provisions of the Patriot Act to do so.
