Sorry Tina, this Joke was sent to me by a dear friend who is black not a provider and knows what I do she thought it was funny but I guess some might not like it  this joke was first told by a black comedian....

Thanks SD, I posted this on the LA boards at the same time an WOW did it get some discussion going it was about 50/50 as to if it was in bad taste but it did get everyone talking and that is the point right? I will be more careful in the future about being PC. I have so many funny HO jokes and I share them with other providers all the time if we cannot laugh at ourselves who can we laugh at?

I originally heard that joke as the 'Miss Ebonics Pageant'... and thought it was funny regardless.
It's all about interpretation and how seriously one decides to take a joke.  Those offended are probably individuals who don't watch Comedy Central or Def Poetry Jam on HBO.

The joke is just as 'funny' and in no way rascist if you just do one thing .... remove the word black.

Sometimes people are easily offended by jokes like this, however I hear blonde jokes all the time and I am blonde. Do I feel targeted? No, it is just a joke, nothing else. Why would I identify myself with a "blonde joke" just because I am blonde, and we all know that blonde jokes are about how stupid and ditsy they are. I don't feel less smart because of this.
