Jack is a true man of his word. I had a problem with his agency last fall, and Jack offered to work out an arrangement on my next visit. Talked to him on Saturday, he suggested Chelsea at a reduced agency rate to make up for the problem from the last time. Chelsea was fantastic, and Jack was easy to work with. What a great agency. They will hear from me on the next Valley visit.
