So far very bad.  39 face various felonies.  Next pre-trial is March 19th where judge hopes to set trials in groups of 4 starting from the top down.  So if anyone higher convicted all may be guilty of "association with criminal enterprise"- felony - just like almost 100 in the DD case.

I have 100 pages of updates now related to you know where but just for the Temple folks and those interested.   38 different attorneys and no real defense strategy other than "our right to do sexual healings' which has lost many times in other Courts.

Lots of very frustrated scared gals.

The police report is about 200 pages which I have read and about 2000 pages of discovery released by Phoenix PD   A very extensive, expensive police investigation that lasted 6 months of undercover work just to felony bust for in private consenting adult "sexual healings".

Some plea bargains but all for felonies that I have heard a about.  

Community support has died down, I was the only non defendant at the last pre-trial and doing extensive updates.
