It's entirely possible that the girl has in fact provided a good experience(s) and then something changed, resulting in the performance level 1, "ripoff" review.  Let's face it, some providers have sketchy things going on in their lives which will affect their behavior.  Same with TER members:  that's doubtless why two performance level 1 reviews are necessary to banner the Profile with "RIPOFF!"  One such review could simply be by a psycho reviewer or someone looking to unfairly hurt the provider for whatever reason.  You've probably seen BP ads posted that flame a provider, as well as provider ads that are taken out (or have a paragraph in their regular ad) just to deny such allegations.  Nothing claimed by any reviewer or provider is written while they're connected to a polygraph!  It's always best to see only providers with plenty of consistently good reviews, most or all of which are written by TER members who've each written at least several reviews.  For me, one review in a new profile by a writer who has no prior reviews means absolutely nothing.  Shills need not apply, nor psychos, but there's no way to filter them out so just be prudent and think with the big head rather than the little one before reaching for the phone.

Both reviewers had numerous past reviews and I do NOT suspect them of any wrong doing. I just did not get the girl in the ad and the girl filling in admitted that.

I did not lose any $s, however the afternoon was f..ked in a contrary way of how I would have liked it to be.
