I am new to the hobby and have been researching this past few months as I began just which were the good phoenix providers. I maybe have come across 1 or 2 locals that are really hot. I am not in the hobby for a cheap time-I am talking about really hot girls and it is so disapointing that there just are not any in this city-or rather very very few. It is odd cause this is the 5th biggest city-that boggles my mind with scottsdale being very L.Aish. You might look at the enormous number of reviews the Phoenix girls have on this site, and then decide if everyone who has seen them is lying. There are plenty of girls with 8s and 9s and a few 10s out there, both in performance and appearance. Most of us here in The Valley of the Sun think of ourselves as lucky to be here where there is such a plethora of beautiful and talented providers from whom to choose.
They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but even if you and I differ about what makes a woman beautiful (as I'm sure we do, as do any other individuals)there are so many different looks and types of Providers it seems to me that you just aren't looking closely enough to find what you want. There are young and more mature providers, there are small and large Providers, there are Providers of nearly every ethnicity to be found on the planet all here in Phoenix, and there are Providers of many price levels. Each of them is beautiful to someone. None of them is beautiful to you?
You did admit that there were a couple of girls you find attractive. I guess my question would be, if you're only here for a brief time, how many did you need? Many, if not most, Providers are worth multiple visits, and if you do sufficient research I'm sure Phoenix can provide you with a Provider to suit your taste as well as or better than any major metropolitan city. I urge you to look more carefully.

We have a sense of fun in our little town and that really is what it is about. It seems the visual curb appeal is a key factor so you are left deciding from photos. Interesting post. I've been in the Hobby off an on for a few years. Took some time off while I was married and now I am back full force. I have used TLC quite often, in fact I am seeing a girl from there today and I have had nothing but great service. Wether it be from the phone operators, the providers or Taylor herself. Having been all over myself, Phoenix is in a great spot. People have each others back for the most part (wish the riff with TLC and folks would get fixed).
As for the girls - I mentioned it in a previous post - I do wish that the reviews would get more in line rating wise - sorry ladies and agencies - not everyone is a 9 and 10 - and if I was being objective I would say that is where Phoenix needs the most rationalization. But we ALL know why those reviews get posted that way and don't think that will ever get fixed.
As for us versus LA, New York - each city does have a different vibe. Ours is better now, IMHO, than most anywhere else. The quality is definately here and I would challenge Sleepy to experience some of the best - they are here. Be sure of that. If I had more time and cash, I'd be busy for months encountering them. Won't list them, but they are here.
If you only refer to 5'8" or better, super model build. Faces to match. Keep in mind that does not mean sensual. and if that is all you are looking for, buy a magazine and self satisfy. It will save you money. But I would encourage Sleepy to check out some of the ladies - think he would be amazed - but it is hard to discern with all the 9 and 10 reviews to be sure if you are an outsider and have not met the ladies face to face.

An interesting point as I myself have seriously considered having a variety of surgeries to "enhance " my appearance. For one reason or another, I've chosen not to.
As for comparison of services, I don't think it is exactly fair to guage someone's service based on their appearance or age. Regardless of appearance, most women, especially providers, will improve with age.

I think the reason most of us are reluctant to give you any names is that if I single out one or two Providers who I believe move beyond "cute" to "hot," I would be implying that they are somehow better than others. That's not a position I would want to take.
With that as a disclaimer, I will give you the names of a couple of Providers I believe qualify. Again, these are BY NO MEANS the only "hot" Providers in Phoenix. These are simply a couple with whom I've had the honor of having experience and who I believe qualify both in appearance and performance.
The fist is Brittney, from Desert Divas. Her pictures don't begin to do the real girl justice, but she is young, she is spectualrly beautiful, and her talent is exceptional. In no way could you be dissatisfied with her, if what you seek is a "hot young Provider." There are many equally hot Providers at many of the agencies, and I have had the honor of having experiences with them as well. You asked for a name. I gave you one. There are many, many others.
If you prefer Independents, another who qualifies as "hot," is someone called Princess. My only objection to her is that she didn't provide GFE, but if that's not a consideration for you, then I feel sure you would be thrilled to have her company as well. Again, I will repeat, there are many, many "hot" Independent Providers, but, again, you asked for a name, so I gave you one.
The only other thing I can tell you is that, as a somewhat experienced Hobbyist now, (though not nearly as experienced as many of my colleagues here) I have found that most girls look better in person than in picutres, assuming they're honest Providers. One of the worst things that happens (and it happens rarely here, but I've experienced it) is when the girl who arrives at the door looks about half as good as the girl in the pictures. But, just as much as that can occur, the flipside is often true as well. And, in my experience, the girl at the door usually looks better than the girl in the picture.

Phoenix is a tight community. And there are significant ego's in play. And the community of folks responding who are posters, well, won't cut off their nose to spite their face.
I do understand what you seek. It is hard to compare our 8,9,10's to other cities if you have not met them face to face and are using the photo's on sites like 411. The guys here set the ratings (the lower ratings are reserved for non - Phoenix411.net girls ). And as I said, our ratings are higher than average in my opinion than other cities. Again, it is a tight comunity.
You seek 8,9,10's - the guys hear ya, but no one will answer honestly - it would hurt their reputations and cause the girls to look down on them...
I'd reach out to the agency owners if you can't find an indy to meet your needs. And just be candid with them. Heck, with a handful of great agencies, you are bound to hit. Especially since green is all of their favorite color. And there are beautiful women out there. That's for certain.

First off, to each his own. I have ladies from ages 20 to 40+ who all do extremely well. If someone were to ask me to rank them in order of attractiveness, I'm sure my answer would be different than there's. My question to you is which is more important, looks or service? One lady might not be as "hot" as the one next to her, but her service might be on fire. Does that matter to you? I honestly think that there are many ladies in AZ, both indpenedent and agency, that are great in both categories. And, usually a lady in her 30's is a better service provider because she knows what she is doing and is comfortable doing it in any surrounding.
Second, I'll grant you that Phoenix might not compare well with LA, NYC, Chicago or Miami but it's a quantity issue, not a quality issue. Basic macro economics is playing a huge role in this. We have many in this community that feel they "deserve" deep discounts because they live here. These guys have done everything they can for many years to keep rates down. For example, when a lady enters this market with rates that are well above what these guys want to pay, the lady, or agency, is attacked publically and privately. I've known quite a few ladies that you would consider to be "hot" leave the business or never get started because they feel the market rate, $350 - $400/hr is not worth their time. These are girls you might see in magazines or on a fashion runway. There are many other options for them to make that kind of money and more. In a nutshell, it's the Law of Unintended Consequences; reduce the wage and many of those at the top, 8's, 9's and 10's leave and go elsewhere; because they can! Or worse, they never even get into the biz. Many posters on this board do not like me because I do not lower my rate for them beyond my VIP rate, even if they do live here. Others respect me because of it. The ladies that work with me appreciate it. Slam me all you want, but I think that if the rates were higher, you would have more women who are in the category you seek.

I guess the real thing that surprises me is that there is not more of a market here for high end-1000 plus/hour type girls here. The wealth is definetly here, flooded with rich californians moving here in droves, rich East coaster moving in droves for a better family lifestyle/more home for the money. And the native scottsdalers/PV people-all that combined there is a tremendous amount of wealth so I am shocked the high end girls have trouble getting into the market. That is what stands out about LA, miami, NYC-there are more gals for higher $$ and they are hot. Personally I do not expect to see a super hot girl for 300 bucks. Even 400 is a stretch-but if it is the market rate here so be it. Personally I would rather have a selection of high end girls and pay the 1000 bucks or what not-but not all guys are that picky and just want a good fuck-so to each their own.
