Yes, I was aware that Aria's car had been in the shop for a couple of months for some rather extensive repairs, and that she needed a 'volunteer' to take it on a test drive to see if it was ready for service !
Of course I jumped at the chance ! I went over and took off the car cover..Wow! Looked amazing as always and no visible signs of the recent repairs. Opened the hood and gave the oil a thorough check. Proceeded to ensure that it was fresh and of proper viscosity ! All fine !
Next, made sure that the carberator & intake manifold still had proper suction..of course !
Finally, got in the driver's seat and put it through it's paces..the engine purred like a kitten and got us to our destination in style and Aria loudly announced that we'd arrived !
