I can imagine that in a jury trial reviews could be used to prosecute agencies... especially since agency owners cleary are aware and even cheerlead their girls in public.  Then again, maybe it's just hearsay.   :)

explicit material goes in the review section and only the review section where it is understood by everyone to be fantasy writing.

promoting the services of a escort is not against the law unless the escort is engaging in illegal activity.

being the subject of a fantasy writing wouldnt be such an activity.

LOL... yea I know... it's all a fantasy, everyone knows that and you can tell by the writting!!!! Hopefully no one will have say (ie. lie) that in court. Might create "real" jail time.
