I would appreciate your responses and will make sure that this gets reviewed by those with the power to effect change if and when it is warranted....

For what it's worth, before I was a moderator, I felt that I had great support with problem reports, couldn't get the attention of the moderator, and had to send 5 different messages to get STAFF's attention, but I was able to have my voice heard.

What about you?

I only had to PM you once and I received a timely and fair response, so no problems there.  I have not had to submit a problem report or talk to STAFF so I can't comment on that.

overall i think ter has been at least as responsive as any other board ive dealt with. now i think theres room for improvement in particular with removing fake reviews, and not removing those that are accurate just less than flattering.
however thats just my opinion....

I've had good luck in dealing with review problems via problem reports.  However I have had communications issues with GND when it came to my request to become unmoderated.  I sent out a email to Staff and a PM w/o a response.  It did happen but I'm not sure it was because of my request or just that enough time had gone by and I had been a pretty good boy.  Also, GND put out an inquiry about becoming a moderator which I responded to w/o a reply.  You asked and you received.

Dingus I found you very responsive and a fair and impartial moderator...a thankless job and one I think you are doing extremely well

Problem reports are a problem...Megan voiced it earlier...hard to get response from staff unless you keep sending them in...i had to go four times on one before they finally made the correction....

messages to GND go unanswered the majority of the time....not sure why but that is a given fact

dealing with staff...we have been trying to change our username for five months and have not had a response to our request on doing it or how to do it...being the ole dumb guy I am could not figure it out in the profile site....

Other than that life is good, the sun is out, no horse heads in my bed so its time to party on....

The only area in which I'm entitled to an opinion is getting support from staff.  Some time ago I had to reset my computer, and when I came back to the site, I had forgotten my password.  I wrote in to get it.  They kept sending my my pre-VIP member name and password.  They did finally get it right, but it took three or four emails to get it right.

As far as dealing with you, D15, I've never had any personal experience, but from what I've seen on the board, you have done an excellent job in moderating.

Way back when, when I was a wee one and went off moderation and must have torched someone, used bad language or bad judgement and landed myself back on the moderation list, I was bummed. I sent an email to Staff outlining that I had no idea what I had done wrong, but, would very much like to be a contributer to these boards. Within a few hours I recieved an email saying that I was off 'moderation', have fun.

This is my idea of what a moderator should be, like a ref at an NBA game our an Umpire at a MLB game. Your rules should be properly enforced, but, you should never be bigger than the game, in fact, almost invisible, because without the players you would not be there in the first place.

All that being said, I think you are doing a fine job, D15, especially over the last week or two, and you guys and ladies in AZ should be thankful to have the participation that you do on this board, even if it does get it a little chippy at times.

I've experienced everything from being completely ignored (when sending messages to STAFF or SUPPORT), to getting a return call from Dave E. himself!  On this board, your customer service has been outstanding.  The only thing I know is that you can't be on the board 24/7, and so some problems can't always be addressed immediately.  Does TER ever set up teams of moderators, where you could have another mod (or perhaps one from another board) available when you are off having a life?  Just a suggestion.

First off, YOU are fantastic and the only reason I have faith in this discussion board...

Problem reports are the worst.  I've submitted three for one lady and have yet to get a response. Very frustrating...

Other than that, everything is sunshine and roses...thanks for making this a better place!

i have not had much of a oppurtunity to deal with you and ter lately.
the only thing i would say is a problem is I posted ny bew ad yesterday and its still not up yet
