Over a week now and no change nor a response...Why does it take so long. My rant for the day!!!

It's always more efficient to submit a problem
report.  You can check its status (New,
Approved, Unapproved) to see when and if TER has
looked at it.

Anyway, someone submitted a problem report.  If
it was you, check its status - perhaps TER
rejected it for some reason?  If so, resubmit.
