Here's a delightful result of an Agency substitute. Was already at the Agency incall awaiting the booked lady, when they called and said that lady had a car accident, but they had a "substitute."  Just had to trust them, and they came through. The gal they sent was kinda newbie, but absolutely delicious.  

So, get recognized by your agency, trust but verify their recommendations, and miracles can happen.
