I'm in town and have some time to kill tonight and was hoping someone could recommend some strip clubs in the area.

...yes I do plan to see a local provider or two while I'm in town. But I'm a little fried from the trip out here and want to take some time to recoup before I do.

I doubt I'd be very good company until I get over my jet lag.

I will be staying in north phoenix and see that Bliss and the Candy Store are the closet clubs are they worth my time if not what club should i trek to?

Perhaps check out Christie's Cabaret in Tempe or Babe's Cabaret in Scottsdale.  
Avoid Dream Palace in Tempe.
It is unlikely that you would find any "extras" at any strip club.  They are not the appropriate place to go for that anyway.

I would recommend Bourbon Street Circus at 28th street and Thomas

Bourbon - Get there before the 11pm rush. 9pm is a good time as the girls seem to pile in around then and you can still pick and choose. If you connect in public, VIP is a bit more intense - but depends on the girl. Mutual is a good word.

Second choice - HiLighter on 12th St soutch of Camelback - same thought on hours. VIP is a bit higher, but the girls have been friendlier to me there. Smaller place (1/4 size of Bourbon), and gets a bit more villainous sometimes.

I won't say anything bad about the others - but I would do the drive to Bourbon.

Babes is your classic Scottsdale strip club. As is Christie's.

Talent wise there are soooo many options at Bourbon....

Depends, on what part of town you are in.
BSC, on E. Thomas, is good. If you are in N. PHX, I'd go to Centerfolds, Peoria between 19th Ave and I17. Or, Candy Store, Union Hills and Cave Creek.
Both places have lots of lovelies to choose from.

OK, looking into strip clubs.  Mightily annoyed, as I had an "appointment" today with a new local provider, and she cancelled out literally one minute before the meeting (meeting at 12, email received at 11:59).  So, I'm not exactly fit company right now.

Anyway, I've only occasionally been to strip clubs, but prefer Le Girls (which I understand is nude only late nights now).  What actually happens in a typical private room dance?  I find myself now with the cash intended for a 2-hour appointment burning a hole in my pocket, and am curious.

Obviously, I know they can't go very far, and the typical YMMV note.  But generally, what happens in the private room dances?
